Due to Covid 19 and UK lock down it may take longer than normal to dispatch your items.
I trade from The Enchanted Plaza so if you live within 15 miles of The Enchanted Plaza stores in Yaxley or Hunstanton, they offer FREE local delivery during lock down and Click & Collect services are available on selected days from either store too.
Select Click & Collect at the checkout and I’ll give you a call to find out which store you’ll be collecting from and the next available date for your collection.
Alternatively you can search The Enchanted Plaza Facebook page & have a browse of the various items available from all the small businesses within their shops and contact them directly about collection or delivery.
I currently only deliver within the UK, using Royal Mail & Collect Plus Services.
Small items such as Scarves & Jewellery hold a fixed delivery price:
First class 1-2 days = £1.65 Second Class 3-5 days = £1.40
Larger items such as Handbags & Fascinator’s hold a fixed price:
£3.99 via Collect+ you will receive a tracking number via email, you can have a Collect+ parcel delivered to your door or to your nearest Collect+ Store – visit Collect+ online to find your local store address and choose to ship to a different address when you checkout online.
You will only pay one delivery charge per order, this is automatically calculated depending on the size of the products & can be recalculated if you add/remove items to your basket.
FREE UK delivery when you spend £29.99 or above will appear at the checkout, please select this option for it to be applied to your order.
Upon receiving your order I’ll prepare and dispatch within 2 working days.
All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.

I hope you’ll be very happy with your purchase but if you change your mind I’m happy to refund you.
You have 28 days from receiving the goods to contact me and return the items; please email (email@example.com) so I can process it for you as soon as possible.
You must return items with all tags/tickets attached in an unworn condition, accompanied by the invoice receipt you received.
It is your duty to package your return properly to avoid damage in the post and I recommend you obtain proof of postage when returning goods.
Please note I do not cover the return postage cost unless the item being returned is faulty. Your refund will be for the amount you paid for the product/s plus the initial delivery cost paid (if applicable).
*I cannot refund any piercing jewellery (i.e. earrings, body bars, nose studs) due to health and hygiene reasons, unless you receive a faulty item.
I will keep you up-to-date with the progress of your return via email. It is my duty to refund you within 14 days from you returning the items, however I aim to complete the process within 2 days of receiving the goods back.
